Refund policy

·  30-Day Window: Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
·  Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
·  Hygiene Exception: For health and safety, used pet apparel (like the Cloud-Fleece), used fountains, or used bowls cannot be returned.
·  Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
